Privacy Policy

FormJoey (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. It applies to both App Store and Google Play releases.

1. Information we collect

In normal use, the App does not automatically send or collect personal information to servers outside your device. The following data is stored only on your device:

Detection settings (sensitivity, stillness time, alarm volume, etc.)
Notification schedules
Onboarding completion flag
Diagnostic logs (on-device only; may be sent after you confirm an inquiry—see below)

2. Device features used

Motion sensor (gyroscope) — used to detect stillness and movement. Raw sensor data is not automatically sent off-device.
Notifications — used for alarms, schedule reminders, and battery warnings.
Audio playback — used for ambient sound during sessions and alarm sounds. The microphone is not used.
Battery status — referenced to automatically stop detection when the level falls below your set limit.

3. Information sent when you contact us

Only when you confirm “Contact us” in the App do we send the following to a server managed by the developer, for troubleshooting and replies. Nothing is sent automatically. You can review the content before sending.

An optional reply-to email address (only if you need a reply)
App version and OS information
Operational logs related to detection, alarms, and notifications (timestamped events)

Diagnostic logs do not include name, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or microphone audio. Enter a reply-to email only when you need a response. Do not enter other personal information.

Submitted data is kept only for support and deleted 365 days after submission. It is not used for advertising, analytics, tracking, or sale.

To prevent abuse, when you submit an inquiry we may send information needed to verify the authenticity of the app and device to an external verification service. This is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

4. Sharing and processors

The App does not use SDKs for advertising, analytics, or tracking. We do not sell user data.

We may use cloud/verification services contracted by the developer to store inquiry data and perform the authenticity checks above. They are used only as needed to provide the App and only under the developer’s instructions.

5. Deleting data

On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Data sent to the server via inquiry is deleted 365 days after submission, as described above.

6. Children

The App is not directed at a specific age group. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

7. Contact

For questions about this policy or the App, use “Contact us” under “About this app” in the App. We do not publish a general support email address. If you need a reply, optionally enter a reply-to email on the contact screen.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Material changes will be noted in the App or on this page.

FormJoey（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。App Store / Google Play での提供に共通して適用されます。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、通常の利用において、端末外のサーバーへ個人情報を自動送信・収集しません。次のデータは端末内にのみ保存されます。

検知設定（感度、静止時間、アラーム音量など）
通知スケジュール
オンボーディング完了フラグ
診断ログ（端末内。お問い合わせ時に限り、ユーザー確定後に送信される場合があります。下記参照）

2. 端末機能の利用

モーションセンサー（ジャイロスコープ） — 静止・動作の検知に使用します。センサーの生データは端末外に自動送信されません。
通知 — アラーム、スケジュール通知、バッテリー警告の送信に使用します。
オーディオ再生 — セッション中の環境音およびアラーム音の再生に使用します。マイクは使用しません。
バッテリー状態 — 設定した下限を下回った際に検知を自動停止するために参照します。

3. お問い合わせ時に送信される情報

アプリ内の「お問い合わせ」でユーザーが送信を確定した場合に限り、問題の調査および返信対応のため、次の情報を開発者が管理するサーバーへ送信します。自動送信は行いません。送信前に内容を確認できます。

アプリのバージョン、OS の情報
検知・アラーム・通知などに関する動作ログ（時刻付きのイベント記録）

診断ログ自体に、氏名・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真・マイク音声などは含まれません。返信が必要なときだけ、返信先メールアドレスを任意入力できます。それ以外の個人情報は入力しないでください。

送信データは、問い合わせ対応の目的に限り保管し、送信から365日後に削除します。広告・分析・トラッキング・販売には使用しません。

不正利用の防止のため、お問い合わせ送信時に、アプリおよび端末の正当性確認に必要な情報を、検証のための外部サービスへ送信する場合があります。この情報は広告・分析・トラッキングには使用しません。

4. 第三者への提供・委託

本アプリは、広告・分析・トラッキングを目的とした SDK を使用しません。ユーザーデータを販売しません。

お問い合わせデータの保管、および上記の正当性確認のため、開発者が契約するクラウド／検証サービスを利用することがあります。これらは本アプリの提供に必要な範囲に限り利用し、開発者の指示の範囲外で利用させません。

5. データの削除

端末内のデータは、本アプリをアンインストール（削除）することで削除されます。

お問い合わせによりサーバーへ送信されたデータは、上記のとおり送信から365日後に削除されます。

6. お子さまについて

本アプリは、特定の年齢層を対象としたものではありません。13歳未満のお子さまから、保護者の同意なく個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。

7. お問い合わせ

本ポリシーおよび本アプリに関するお問い合わせは、アプリ内「このアプリについて」の「お問い合わせ」からご連絡ください。一般向けの公開メールアドレスは掲載していません。返信が必要な場合は、お問い合わせ画面で返信先メールアドレスを任意入力してください。

8. 変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。
